Whitney's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 22 when she founded Eckis Marketing, a creative communications agency based in San Diego, CA.
Under her leadership, the agency elevated renowned brands such as Better Brand, DREAMPOPS, CLEARSTEM Skincare, Fody Foods, Hilton, Mela, Marriott, Sonix, SOUL CBD, and more in the digital space.
She garnered recognition in esteemed publications including Bloomberg, Entrepreneur, Forbes, Medium, and USA Today, and was a finalist nominee for the San Diego Woman of the Year award in both 2021 and 2022.
In 2023, Eckis Marketing was successfully acquired by Crowe PR, INC. aiming to amplify the agency’s integrated public relations offering and was featured in AdWeek, marking a pivotal moment in her professional journey.

From hospitality to consumer goods, she has cut her teeth on what it takes to successfully launch a brand into the market with her first consumer packaged goods brand, Get Supr.
An instant coffee brand infused with hemp that solved the problem for those seeking calm, focused energy sans the jitters. Yahoo Finance named Get Supr the top start-up to watch in 2021, showcasing Whitney's ability to navigate the digital landscape and drive entrepreneurial ventures to new heights. Get Supr was acquired by Palm Ventures LLC in early 2024.
Her passion for entrepreneurs and her local San Diego community did not trail behind as Whitney and her team were responsible for the conception, branding and grand opening marketing strategies of over 7 restaurants in Southern California.
